Classes & workshops

Learn to build robots, write code and design for 3D printing.

Hands-on classes for kids, teens and adults, taught by engineers who build robots and print parts every day. Schools and groups welcome.

Kids Robotics & Coding

Hands-on sessions where kids build real robots, wire up sensors and motors, and write the code that makes them move. No experience needed, just curiosity.

  • Build and wire a robot from motors, sensors and a microcontroller
  • Learn coding fundamentals: loops, conditions, variables
  • Solve challenges: line following, obstacle avoidance, remote control
  • Teamwork, debugging and the engineering design process

3D Printing & CAD

Go from idea to physical part. Learn to model in CAD, prepare files in a slicer, choose the right material and run a 3D printer, then take your prints home.

  • Parametric CAD modelling: sketches, constraints, extrusions
  • Designing for 3D printing: tolerances, orientation, supports
  • Slicing and printer operation with PLA, PETG, ABS and ASA
  • Measure and recreate a real-world part with calipers

Why iTalkRobot

Classes built around making things

Hands-on from minute one

Students build and code real hardware, not just watch slides.

Small groups

More time with the instructor and more time on the tools.

Taught by working engineers

Lessons come from real robotics, CAD and manufacturing projects.
