Capabilities
What we print
Functional parts
Brackets, mounts, clips, enclosures, jigs and fixtures designed to be used, not just looked at.
Prototypes
Fast iterations so you can test fit and function before committing to tooling.
Small-batch production
From a handful to hundreds of identical parts with consistent quality.
Large parts
Up to 256 mm per piece; bigger parts are split, keyed and joined.
Multi-colour
Two-colour logos, lettering and signage printed in a single job.
Custom office & door signs →
Room, office and door signs with raised multi-colour lettering in your logo colours. See below.
Finishing & inspection
Support removal, clean-up and inspection on every part; sanding and paint prep on request. If a print doesn’t meet our standard, we reprint it.
Signage
Custom office & door signs
Room and door signs, 3D printed in several colours. Lettering, logos and artwork stand up from the plate in raised relief, framed by a raised border. We match the colours to your logo, so a full set looks like one family: same layout and colours, different room names. Signs can go on glass doors, and hanging holes can be built into the design. Themed designs work too, like the rope-and-anchor door signs and nameplates shown here.
- Multi-colour prints: plate, lettering and details in different colours
- Raised lettering and a raised edge border
- Lettering colour matched to your logo
- One layout reused across a set, with only the room name changing
- Can be fitted to glass door panels; hanging holes can be built into the design
- Themed and decorative designs (rope borders, anchors, maple leaves)

Customers on our printing
“I purchased a phone mount for a large telescope. The engineer at iTalkRobot printed with an very solid mount, the walls were definitely reinforced at the right place because I was able to move my scope with jus the phone mount! I also had this 3d printed by my local library as backup and there's a significant difference in the quality and durability. I highly recommend their services would go to them again, it's really worth the extra cost!”
“Incredible work and amazing communication, I got my prints super fast and the quality was fantastic. I definitely recommend!”
“He was able to 3d print a 0.5cm by 0.5cm object without an issue with correct measurements details…”
FAQ
Common questions
How accurate is the instant price?+
It’s calculated from your model’s actual volume, surface area and your settings, so it’s usually close. We review every file and confirm the final price by email before printing; you’re never charged more without agreeing first.
What files do you accept?+
STL files get an instant price. We also work from STEP, OBJ, 3MF, drawings, sketches or just photos of a part. Use the “No STL file?” option and we’ll quote manually.
Which material should I pick?+
PLA for indoor parts and display pieces, PETG for tough functional parts, ABS for heat and post-processing, and ASA for anything that lives outdoors or in a car. Not sure? Add a note and we’ll recommend one.
How long does it take?+
Most small jobs are ready within a few business days. Turnaround depends on size, quantity and queue; we’ll confirm a date with your quote.
How do I pay?+
Once we confirm your quote you pay securely online through Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). All prices are in Canadian dollars plus 13% HST.
What if a print isn’t right?+
Every part is inspected and cleaned up before it leaves the shop. If a print doesn’t meet our standard, we reprint it at no extra cost.
Is there a minimum order?+
Yes, $25.00 before tax, which covers setup and machine prep.
Don’t have a 3D file?
We can scan an existing part or design one from your sketch, measurements or idea.
