Honda Civic Si rear winglets, designed on a 3D scan
Custom winglets behind the rear wheels of a 10th-generation Honda Civic Si, modelled on a 3D scan of the car and printed in white.

The challenge
The owner of a 10th-generation Honda Civic Si wanted winglets behind the rear wheels. They had to follow the edge of the wheel arch and the corner of the bumper closely, and that shape is hard to measure by hand.
Our process
- 3D scanned the rear wheel arch and bumper corner of the car.
- Modelled the winglet in CAD directly on the scan so it follows the arch and the bumper.
- Printed a pair of winglets in white.
- Fitted the winglets to the car behind the rear wheels.
The result
The winglets sit along the rear edge of the wheel arch and step out over the bumper corner, matching the shape taken from the scan. The photos show one side fitted to the car.
